snow day report

So it snowed here on Sunday March 1. We probably got around 3 or 4 inches. it was enough to cause problems for the power company. Our power went out at a little after 5 pm on Sunday, and i went out to the shed and got out the Coleman lanterns and heater and also started bringing in fire wood. At around 7 we heard some trees falling so I grabbed a flash light and went out to see where they fell. They fell across the drop going from the power pole to the house and pulled it loose from the transformer. Monday afternoon everyone on our street,except us,had power. We did not get our power back on until about 10 am on Wednesday.
